While some people have praised Karrueche Tran’s
visit to an orphanage in Nigeria, others have
criticised the American model and socialite. Tran
seems to have enjoyed her stay in Abuja – she
partied and had the time of her life.
She also paid a visit to the Hope for Survival
Orphanage to spend some time with disadvantaged
children.
She posted a picture of herself wearing a short
dress, a nice pair of heels and some jewellery.
Good Morning Abuja :)

She then shared some pictures of herself spending
quality time with the little ones.
I also was able to visit Hope for Survival
Orphanage - this is 9 month old Comfort who went
straight in my arms - she was so cute and lovable

Some people applauded Karrueche for her visit, while
some found a problem with the way she was
dressed.
One fan wrote on her Instagram page: “What in the
hell were you thinking going around little children in
club attire... #exposingnakedness might as well wore
a bathing suit.”
While another one said: “I was just like really why
wear heels and I didn't mean the whole country is
poor stupid a** but where she went was a place of
need and help so why go dressed up no I'm not
saying in rags bi*** but in a much better attire she
should of humble herself while visiting these camps
but she showed up in glam why?”
Another one pointed out that Karrueche was wearing
jewellery worth thousands of dollars “while holding a
child who is stuck in a cycle of poverty”.
Despite the criticism, Karrueche hopes to return to
Abuja soon.
Bye bye Abuja - I will miss it here - hope to be back
soon ❤

Karrueche Tran gets dragged on Insta after visiting Nigerian orphanage
LAUTECH :The culprits has finally been caught
When students of Ladoke Akintola
University of Technology, Ogbomoso
stormed major roads in the city to protest
continued robbery attacks on their female
hostel and raping the helpless ladies, they
did not in their wildest dreams think that
the said robbers could be among them.
The state Police Command recorded a
breakthrough as they arrested three
suspects who were alleged to have been
involved in the ungodly act. While
parading the suspects alongside other
suspects, the Commissioner of Police, Mr.
Leye Oyebade said.
“ A 400L male student of the
Department of Transport, Ladoke
Akintola University of Technology,
Ogbomoso who belonged to a notorious
criminal gang nicknamed ‘Three
Mopols ’ was arrested on 3rd November,
2015 in his criminal hideout by the
special anti robbery squad in Oyo/
Ogbomoso.“
The gang, according to him, was
responsible for breaking into students
hostels,stealing valuable property and
sometimes raping their female
colleagues.
His arrest and subsequent confession led
to the arrest of two criminal receivers –
Adeyemi Samuel Taiwo and Adeyemi
Samson Kehinde who received some of
the stolen items.
When a search was conducted in the
house of Kayode Oluwaseyi, a HP laptop
computer belonging to one of his victims
and a toy gun used for robbery
operations were recovered. Kayode
Oluwaseyi also confessed to have burgled
several houses and carried out many
robbery operations in the Ogbomoso
area.
When asked what led him into that
shameful act, the suspect confessed that
it was true he was involved in the
constant raids but tried to exonerate his
accomplices saying they were not among
the gang but that they always bought the
stolen goods from him.

What If Liverpool's defender skirtel has hair
Some of the Slovakian's team-mates at Anfield took
over the club's Instagram account and gave the
bald defender an interesting new look...
We all know Martin Skrtel as Liverpool’s tough, no
nonsense defender.
Signed from Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2008, he has
been wrestling with Europe’s finest strikers for club
and country ever since.
No player is too mean or too tough for him to
tackle — just ask Diego Costa.
A photo posted by Liverpool Football Club (@li ...
While all this has been going on, Skrtel, who will
turn 31 in December, has been sporting his
trademark haircut.
Or should that read trademark lack of hair?
The Slovakian has always had a bald head since he
arrived at Anfield and it’s difficult to imagine him
without it.
However, Liverpool’s Instagram account — which
was taken over on Thursday by Lucas Leiva, Alberto
Moreno and Joao Teixeira — posted a photo of the
centre-back with long golden locks.
In the mock-up, Skrtel looks significantly less scary,
so he may now be putting on hold any plans he had
to copy Lucas’ hairstyle.
I prefer Nigeria to Spain - Real Madrid star
Spain youth international defender Derik Osede
Prieto has revealed that he is dumping the
opportunity of playing for the Spanish senior team
for his fatherland, Nigeria.
Derik, who has played at all youth levels for Spain
including two appearances for the Under-21 team, in
an interview with BBC Sport stated that he is ready
to represent Nigeria.
The 22-year-old centre-back, who is known simply
as Derik, a regular for European giants Real Madrid’s
B side, is eligible to play for the Super Eagles
because his father is Nigerian.
LIFESTYLE : How much sex is enough for married couples
How much sex is enough? Just once a week is all it
takes for optimal happiness among married
heterosexual couples and those in long-term
relationships, said a US study Wednesday.
The findings are based on surveys of more than
30,000 Americans collected over four decades, and
are published in the journal Social Psychological and
Personality Science.
“Although more frequent sex is associated with
greater happiness, this link was no longer significant
at a frequency of more than once a week,” said lead
researcher Amy Muise, a social psychologist and
postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto-
Mississauga.
“Our findings suggest that it’s important to maintain
an intimate connection with your partner, but you
don’t need to have sex everyday as long as you’re
maintaining that connection.”
Researchers noted that the study was not designed
to show cause-and-effect, so it remains unknown
whether happiness leads to weekly sex, or if weekly
sex arouses more joy in life.
The study was also limited to people in romantic
relationships, not single people.
“In fact, there was no association between sexual
frequency and well-being for single people,” said
Muise.
The findings were also consistent across age
groups, gender and the length of the relationship —
whether months or decades.
Muise said couples should discuss whether their
sexual needs are being met, rather than simply
press for more sex.
“It’s important to maintain an intimate connection
with your partner without putting too much pressure
on engaging in sex as frequently as possible,” she
said.
First ladies lead campaign against female genital mutilation
Worried by the prevalence of Female Genital
Mutilation/Cutting, FGMC in Nigeria especially in the
Southwest, stakeholders last week at two different
workshops in Osogbo and Ilupeju met to discuss the
situation. The issue of female circumcision which
has been an age long tradition has for sometimes
been a serious concern to the government and
health practitioners but took a centre stage in the
administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.
Jonathan had signed into law the stoppage of the
traditional practice. The wife of Osun State governor
and the initiator of Sherif Care Foundation, SCARF,
Mrs Sherifat Aregbesola gathered some state
governors’ wives and Unicef representatives in
Osogbo where the matter was thoroughly discussed.
While the workshop in Osogbo was going on,
journalists from Ekiti, Osun and Oyo states were at
Ilupeju in Ekiti State for training on how to end the
practice through public sensitisation and
enlightenment against FGMC. The United Nations
International Children’s Fund UNICEF, health experts
and media practitioners at the workshop appealed
to Nigerians to desist from the practice, saying it is
harmful and deadly.
A representative of UNICEF, Mrs. Roseleen Akinroye,
said the practice should be stopped because it leads
to life threatening experience for women during
childbirth. She condemned some medical
professionals who engage in the practice, saying it
is unacceptable. Akinroye, who is a Child Protection
Specialist, said: “This harmful practice is
unacceptable and should not be encouraged by
anybody under any guise.
