Mad Man arrested with 18 ATM cards, jewelries in Ondo

Confirming the arrest of the unidentified lunatic
who was arrested in the Ijapo area of Akure, Ondo
state capital, the state Police spokesman, Femi
Joseph, said the middle aged man was arrested
with 18 ATM cards, undisclosed amount of money
and jewelries.
